Summary:
Good Trail, the western trail is more wide open, but has some steep hills that are easy to carry momentum over.

The loop on the eastern side of Reynolds road is a bit tighter, but has a nice rhythm to it.

Recommended Route:
Riding both loops in both directions

Lake Dubonnet
Arcadia Dunes

Summary:
On the east side of Reynolds road, the trail is approximately 1.8 miles. Mostly easy, smooth trail. Some roots along lake's edge. A couple of inclines on north half of trail. I'd label is an easy trail for beginners. On the west side, the trail is approximately 3 miles, staying to the outside loops and is not easy. About 10 hills/climbs without any momentum to get up. Plenty of fast down hills. Some sand, but not bad. I'd label this trail intermediate. My rating is based on the hilly, west side of Reynolds Road.

Summary:
Very easy ride. Need at least two full circuits for a decent workout. Have to push for any cardio benefit. Well maintained trail but one deadfall required off bike detour on last ride. It is a fun trail to ride fast.
