Smith's Fishery Trail
1 reviews
 4 of 5

The trail has four small forks along the way to Smith's Fishery, an old fishing boat outpost. Stay right on the first fork, left on the second, and right on the next two. That should bring you up and around the north side of Bear Bluff and back downhill to the shore at Smith's Fishery. A mile long footpath at the end of Smith's Fishery Trail runs along the shoreline to the scenic falls at the mouth of the Montreal River.

Summary:
This trail has some climbs along it, but look on the bright side, they are downhill half the time. The packed dirt double track trail is in generally good condition with an occasional stony washout. Very scenic, as are all the trails on the Keweenaw.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
High Rock Trail, Horseshoe Harbor Trail, Keystone Bay Trail, Mount Bohemia Trail
