Hit the trail right off campus heading towards T for 550. Right past public safety is the first part of the trail head. As soon as you cross the paved bike pass, hang a left into the woods. The trail then crosses the road to tourist park and reemerges at Dead river falls. Follow the path under the bridge to the head of North Country Trail. Its marked in plain sight.
