Cross Country Rider Summary: This trail is a bust. I suppose that a good trail good be made, there's plenty of land. If you want to ride a trail with cross country runners and people going for walks with their dogs, then this is it. Recommended Route: Stay home.. Other recommended trails in the same area: There's not much for trails near the Lakeshore. Bass River is ok, I've been riding there for almost nine years, it's old news. Though I would like to thank whoever made the back section a couple years ago, that was a major improvment.

Weekend Warrior Summary: This set of trails is fun. Its pretty flat with one or two big hills and some smaller hills all mixed in. Its good for practice and fun place to ride other than the road.Trails are marked by paint on the trees. Very wooded Recommended Route: I like taking A trail to C trail and C takes you back to the parking lot. Other recommended trails in the same area: Pentwater Pathway is even more fun then Riley Trails.

, from Holland, MI Summary: OK This trail is best left as a walking trail. The hills require only speed and luck not talent. There are more sand pits than there is trail. Then you have nothing but pine needles all over and the trail is poorly kept with broken tree branches everywhere. Goto Bass River or something else instead of this trail. It is ok for a quicky and if you dont want to have fun. I love to ride and want to have fun. This trail makes me not want to ride anymore. It Sucks. Leave it for the dogs and the walkers. Seems there is more of that than anything. Bikes need not apply. 2 star for it actually having a hill or two. Too bad there just steep and sandy. Recommended Route: None Other recommended trails in the same area: Bass River, Yankee, The street is better than this.
