steep rocky descent, right at the T then a rippin singletrack to connect you to most all of the other south trails. FYI it is usually ridden uphill not down. check out the video of a winter ride on goat trail

Summary:
Awsome trail. Made the mistake of starting at the bottom and going up but thats alright because I like up hills. This trail took me down a notch or two. Great climbs from the bottom or down hills from the top. Rocky and technical. Stopped in a local bike shop to find it.

Recommended Route:
Probably should start at the top and go down.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Pick one, they're all pretty good.

Summary:
Trail starts out steeeeep and way technical, then chills out into a way fast turny bmx track. The Goat also is a major link to a lot of the South Trails. This is a fovorite of most locals.

Recommended Route:
Go to the top of mt. MQT turn right, down singletrack.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
All south trails but beware you may need a twelve step program to get off them.

Summary:
The definition of soul riding. I ride it down. Not real sure who rides it up. Mike B is crazy. Bring some shocks. I ride a fully rigid bike, and like Elvis I'm all shook up.

Recommended Route:
Read JonJon's.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Damn, there is too many to name.
