Ridden Trail: Once a week

, from Sault Ste Marie, MI Summary: I have ridden trails down state mainly Fort Custer, Yankee Springs, Tk Lawless and now here; Bruno's Run. I might add that I was pleansantly surprise with this trail! it is technical in some sections but the scenery is excelent and a portion of the trail has a history to it too. I would recommend this trail to all the folks who want a change from ridding a trail chocked full of other riders to sheer desolation. A good trail for folks who are willing to try it and not for those whiners! Other recommended trails in the same area: Grand Island off Muinising. Check ferry times for departure. Trails on western side of Island are for the strong and not the out of shape ones! Watch out for Black Bears too!

, from redford mi Summary: There are some hills & roots which slow the ride down but it levels out and smooths out for a faster pace. some great scenery 4 or 5 lakes, a river. Rode there day after the ore to shore race and saw two groups of riders (6 people). This would be a graet place to camp, large wooded sites near the lake and trail. It would be a nice place to view fall colors with all the lakes along the trail. Recommended Route: Do the whole loop all 10 miles. Other recommended trails in the same area: valley spur

, from howell Summary: This trail is intermediate to advanced, depending on how hard you want to push yourself. The scenery is incredible as you pass by at least 4 lakes and have a couple great hilltop views. The first and last section are a bit slower with lots of tree roots to negotiate. Some excellent hills but ample opportunity for some fast runs on hardpack. Rode during the week and only encountered one other rider on the trail. Several campgrounds along the way (Pete's Lake, Mocassin Lake)so if you are a camper you can be on the trailhead right from your tent. If you are in the Munising area..a must ride for the scenery alone.
Recommended Route: Follow the entire loop Other recommended trails in the same area: Valley Spur
