Weekend Warrior Summary: The trail is awesome, it dosnt have alot of hills and is mostly flat, but it is very technical. Very narrow paths, have to worry about smashing fingers! Alot of fun and scenery is beautiful. Recommended Route: No real routes, just make sure you are looking out for other bikers, no real place to pass each other. Other recommended trails in the same area: Cannonsburg, Hofma park (easy trail), Pigeon Creek...

Cross Country Rider Summary: A good local trail. Nothing extremly hard but can be as challenging as you make it. The first loop is fast with vary fluid corners and the second is extremely tight. Fun to race your friends and your best time. Recommended Route: Both loops at least once. Other recommended trails in the same area: Robinettes, Egypt Valley, Yankee Springs

Weekend Warrior Summary: Very fun. Lots of techincal turns, and narrow trails. The scenery is pretty cool too. Wish it was longer though, you can whip through it pretty quick, even your first time.

Cross Country Rider Summary: Excellent trail for the technical aspect. Tight corners, minimal (and I do mean minimal) hills. Many, many obstacles to tweak your cornering and sprints. Definitely is not a cardio workout, but is nice and aerobic. FUN! with a group ride, or better yet a night ride.
If you are bored, gearing a 24 or 27th and do stop and start sprints between corners without shifting.
Almost forgot, follow the dirt road east about a mile. Big hill to have fun on. Ride up and down this about 10 times if you want some cardio. I've taken some damage on this in a few places the downhills are quite deceiving. Not for downhillers, but x-country. Recommended Route: From Grand Rapids either take Lake Michigan Drive off of 196 and head west through Allendale. I can not remember the road, but it is about 3-4 miles west. Turn right (north) and go another 3-4 miles, you pass a gravel pit and turn right on the unmarked dirt road on to state land (if you get to the corner store you went to far). Travel down that road and you will see parking on the side of the road and the trail head starts on the north side of the road.
You can take I-96 west from GR or east from Muskegon and exit the Coopersville exit. Drive south about 4-5 miles until you reach Lake Michigan Dr. (Admiral gas station on corner). Head west and follow the directions above. Other recommended trails in the same area: Egypt Valley, Yankee Springs, Robinette's Apple Haus, Pando.

, from Southeast MI (RO) Summary: This is a decent local trail. There really isn't much climbing just allot of small hills that you can roll over. It's a quick ride and good for beginners and still enjoyable for experienced riders, but it isn't physically challenging. This trial is located near a gravel pit, so if you want to open it up a little and give your big ring a workout, ride the gravel pit roads. Recommended Route: The only one Other recommended trails in the same area: Cannonsburg, Yankee Springs
