Lots of places to ride with some nice jumps in the way back. Theres some river crossings in the suummer. You can get to a powerline run from here too. The park is well kept. Respect the bridges if you go so we can keep riding it!!

Summary:
When you need to rub out a quick ride after work or a checkride to evaluate a new bike modification this is the place. Fast, hardpack single track that is well maintained. A few wooden bridges and river crossings, dry or wet depending on rainfall and dam control. A few trails leave the park across the river for those who want to explore and find band camp. Drawbacks are unleashed dogs, ocassional horse landmines, hikers with hearing impairment, munchie craving toking townies. Watch out for Johnny Law's nitro powered golf cart with his side kick Kujo. A definite appertizer ride with no surprises before dinner. Easy and Intermediate riding, a few jumps in the back, nothing too technical.

Recommended Route:
exit 3 off the MASS Pike, take a right follow the signs through downtown Westfield to Westfield Sate College on Western Ave. Stanley Park is on the left across from the college campus

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Robinson State Park, Chicopee State Park

If you are a beginner or a slow rider this is the place for you. If you are like me and enjoy fast technical rides than you should look somewhere else. Too many hikers and most of the trails are too easy.

Summary:
Nice trails, well maintained. Its fun to ride here and can be challenging, but you have to be reall careful about messing up the trails as they are used a lot by hikers and old people who get scared easily. try to keep your speed down especially when close by the trail entrances. best time is weekdays.

Recommended Route:
once in the entrance go straight and past the bathrooms into the woods, you'll see trails follow them away from where a lot of people are

Lots of fun. My girlfriend brought me hear earlier this year. I was sceptical untill we got further back, now I'm hooked. PS: she kicks my A** at downhill...

Recommended Route:
when you get to the field stay right, or go left...

Other recommended trails in the same area:
The map of the park on the website doesn't show the trails. Go through the park to the Granville Road entrance and follow the dirt road into the back of the park. The trails start off as Fire roads but go to singles and doubles the further you go.
