Singletrack, just like it says, a roller coaster. Jumps, highspeed turns some loose sections but mainly hardpack. Don't overjump the water bars, you'll be in the trees.

Decent intermediate mtn bike trail. Good warm-up climb in, followed by fairly simple technical sections. A good warm up trail.

Recommended Route:
Enter this trail from Lower Access, approx 0.25 miles from Batcheler St parking lot, on the left. The beginning is ATV wide with roots. Soon, you'll begin to climb: the climb is moderate but washed out in places. When you pass Stone House (on you left), the trail turns into single track. Here is where it gets it's name, lots of short drops and climbs. The trail parallels the power lines at one point and briefly (100 ft maybe) links up with the trail under them. After returning to the woods, watch the erroded downhill. The turn to Jacob's Ladder will be on your left shortly: I usually add this to make a big loop.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Jacob's Ladder, Southside, Serpentine, Serpentine God, Technical
