To tell you the truth I don't know if you are technically aloud to ride here. It is a huge dogwalkers spot. But anyways, it is fire roads and single track with a few elevation changes. Nothing huge but some really short tough climbs and some decent downhills. Me and a couple friends have been actually been building a downhill course from the top of the hill, but it keeps on getting wrecked by begrudged dogwalkers.

Summary:
I am the park supervisor for the MDC and mountain biking is not allowed in the park.

Recommended Route:
Wilson Mountain is not open to mountain biking. Please do not ride in the park. Violators may be subject to fines/arrest.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Blue Hills Reservation for challenging rides.
