Downhiller Summary: This is a good place to ride. the best trails are on the right side of the main road. i started there with a fully rigid POS and it was suitable for that. I now have a santa cruz Super 8 and it is suitable for that too, so this tells you how versatile the trails are there. there is mostly singletrack stuff not too exciting. the trails are really easy for beginners too i have only found one spot in there with technical riding but then again, the park is HUGE so there may be stuff that i havent discovered yet.

Lots of rocks and roots(make for a exciting ride)That technical fun area is pretty cool. Make sure you explore, there are alot of awesome runs you can easily miss. Recommended Route: Entered right off of the parking lot. Other recommended trails in the same area: Blue hills

, from da Cape Summary: I got lost trying to find this place (coming off of Route 3 - thanks Mapquest). Once I found it, however, it proved well worth the frustration and extra time. Though the terrain is by no means hilly, there are lots of rocks, roots, and even some mud to keep it amusing. Somewhat technical here and there, though at other times not really challenging enough. But overall a lot of fun and certainly large enough to be entertaining for several hours (i.e. you don't have to ride the same trail in the same ride). Be prepared to reach for the map ALOT if you want to actually know where in the hell you are at any given moment (and you probably will want to so as to avoid ending up riding the paved paths). The abandoned buildings are really eery and cool. Recommended Route: Started to the right of the parking lot but made a large loop so as to explore the left-hand trails as well. Other recommended trails in the same area: I usually just ride the trails in my backyard: Trail of Tears and Otis on da Cape. I highly recommend them if you like lots of short, steep hills and very windy singletrack. Good times!
