Weekend Warrior Summary: If your a beginner and want to experiewnce what "advanced means on the trails do this one. With all the rocks roots and constant hills we had to walk a lot of it. We really only knew of this place because we hiked it before but never biked it ustill now. Well it was an interesting day (8-5-04). So if you don't feel like falling down or walking most of the time then if your a beginner don't come here it is ment for pretty advanced riders. Although it looks funif I were advanced it is a nightmare for beginners. Recommended Route: Main trail, long and rocky Other recommended trails in the same area: go up the red trail off of the yellow main trial that brings you to the summit.

Weekend Warrior Summary: Look I live in this area and its just fine. Lots of trails with a lot of variation with some easy flat ones around the base of the hill and some hard ones going up and down the slopes. While it is littered with rocks, good suspension and a good bike can get you up and adrenaline and a gravity can get u down the slopes fast enough to get a major rush. If you're going down the slopes just be sure that you're quik on your feet so that you don't land up becomeing a permanant tree hugger. Great all around place with some rocks and other debris that can be frustrating. But without a challenge, where else would the thrill be? Recommended Route: Some nice trails all around, a good entrance is behind the fire station on school street, behind the sports fields. Other recommended trails in the same area: Some nice places in Stow

, from Acton Summary: Great hill is littered with rocks. Most too big to ride over. Instead stay on Route 27 (not 20) north until you cross route 2. Just after the bridge, hang a left down into the woods. There is a right of way for a natural gas pipeline that runs parallel to Rte 2. Keep going about 2 miles and you will see a gate. This will lead you into the Acton town forest. Very good riding. Not a lot of rocks or stumps, but very tight singletrack with steep ups and downs. Recommended Route: Don't waste your time.
Other recommended trails in the same area: Sargent Farm
