Summary:
I ride here in December because there is no hunting. Scenic dirt road around the ponds and very technical singletracks, nothing in between. One of the best parts is that the trails are marked and there is a good map available at the welcome center. NEMBA is pretty active here and there were a lot of new bridges last I went. The NEMBA trail is super cool as well. Very technical, reminds me of Vietnam, without the jumps and berms and such. This isn't a huge place by any means, most good riders can probably ride all the trails in one day, the dirt roads are good warmup/cooldown rides, but not much else other than scenic.

Recommended Route:
I usually start at the main parking area, which costs $2. Grab a map if you've never been here, and explore the stuff north of the ponds for more challenging terrain. The roads around the ponds are very easy, good for kids or beginners. If you like tech stuff make sure you ride the NEMBA trail, I like to ride all the way up Northwest trail and ride south on the NEMBA trail, I think it flows better that way. Then I follow ridge trail for some vietnam-like slickrock and super technical stuff. I ride that until I get to Friends trail, more technical stuff with a lot of bridges thrown in to cross the swamps. That takes me up to morse loop and quarry loop, then I end up back on ridge trail and ride it backwards.

Foxboro

Summary:
I grew up in Easton right down the road from Borderland and still live close by (Boston). I've been riding this park for over 10 years, and there's definitely something for everyone. Bob's Trail can be a little confusing at times in the fall, since the fallen leaves mask the trail in places. It can be excessively muddy after a rain, but that's half the fun! The trails closer to the main roads can sometimes be crowded, but once you get to the rear trails you'll usually find yourself alone. Be careful on the Pond Walk! There are always lots of people walking and families biking. Keep your speed low so you dont turn a corner into a group.

Also, don't go in the ponds. They don't call it Leach Pond for nothing, take it from me...

Recommended Route:
Bob's Trail, then along the Pond Walk to Northwest Trail. Turn right at the NEMBA Trail, then right on Ridge trail. Left on Quarry Loop trail, stop and take a rest at the quarry. Take a left and continue on Ridge Trail. Bear left and go around Morse Loop and continue on to Friends Trail. Left on Ridge Trail and then hop on the Upper Loop of Granite Hills and down the Lower Loop back to the Pond walk and out. That ride will keep you busy for several hours and leave you exhausted!

Summary:
What a great place for local mtn bikers. Being only 4.4 miles from it and 15 years old i like to bike there and ride the trails Some very technical and rocky trails but also some easier single track and fun fire roads. I just rode granite hills trail gor the first time to day and i must say my bike took a beating from it extremely rocky and tough on the tires, if you can ride this trail w/o one fallin or once getting off and walkin ur bike then you are a damn good rider and should be riden in the NORBA events.

Recommended Route:
Mtn street gates on the fire trails until u find a trail that u like.

I heard good things about this place, but when I got out there I couldnt find mjuch terain to ride. It was really rocky and the trails were wide from overriding. Foxboro state forest 20 min down the road is twice the riding and 10 times the fun.
