Hale Reservation
1 reviews
 4 of 5

Hale has a lot of good trails with varied terrain (single/double track/ flats, steep short/long hills... the works). They are not named but some are marked. It is part of the Trustees of Reservations area which includes Noanet Woods in Dover and Caryle Park in Needham. Together they are one big contigous biking area. I do Hale mostly and they are very bike friendly. They also allow off-leash dogs thoughs so stay alert. Free parking. There is an offroad sprint distance triathlon there every September with a 6 mile mtn bike leg.

Summary:
it simply has everything.it requires a free pass avaliable at the front officebut it is better than going to noanet and pay for one when you can get a pass to both at hale for free. and just ride it is fast not too technical but it will get a days worth of good riding.

Recommended Route:
any route start at hal and ride to noanet and find your way back.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
f. gilbert state forest
