Ridden Trail: Once a year

Racer Summary: Rattlesnake Hill is not so great. Too overgrown, too smooth and boring. The old quarry is neat though.
Delaney is so-so. It has little pockets of technical fun but overall it is too far and few between. Too much smooth hammering. Flat. Recommended Route: Delaney: If you start at the parking lot, head out on the cause way. Turn left on the right of the stream for a little fun singletrack. go right up the loose hill, head leaft on the plateau and head into the woods at the southwest corner.
Once you get back to the "middle" if you follow the edge of the resevoir thing, you'll find yourself at a little gravel pit with a really fun crazy loose 40 ft 2 second descent. If you keep following the coast it is semi technical. Once you get o the road, you can explore on the other side (there is a small dirt parking lot). Some fun trails to be found there for sure, but often the fun will end with the trail getting swallowed with swamp. Other recommended trails in the same area: Vaughn Hill / Bower's Spring in Bolton, Stow Town Forest / Garnder Hill in Stow.

Weekend Warrior Summary: I checked out Rattlesnake hill last summer and found the same things the first reviewer found. It was almost as if these trails were forgotten. They were not overgrown or anything, they just had no signs of anyone using them. It did look like someone had recently cut some trails behind the horse farm. There was very little technical terrain. I have not been back since.
I just checked out Delany the other day. I only had an hour or so to ride. I found some nice fast roller coaster type stuff with some rooty terrain. There seemed to be more areas in Delany to explore but I did not have time. Does anyone know if this area is worth exploring? Recommended Route: No clue Other recommended trails in the same area: I usually ride Lynn, Fells, Nam. I live is Stow and have been trying to find some more local riding.
