Ridden Trail: Every few months

Reviewed by: Kirk P
, from Ludlow MA Summary: trails consist of logging rds. and ATV track that are fairly smooth but some good climbing can be had. Note: this area is being developed and homes have been put in. some trails have been eliminated! Like the Jagged Rock trails in Hampden MA this area is Private Property. This area doesn't see much use and the trails are fairly overgrown. This is a really small area that only covers a few miles of trail (less than 2 mi.) and I have explored for more on many occasions. Recommended Route: the Best way in is from the east slope to the top and proceed southerly. Other recommended trails in the same area: see my posting for Jagged Rock Trail in Hampden MA.

, from Wilbraham MA Summary: I liked the technicalness of this trail. Certain parts were tricky to maneuver through. Whether it was ruts, roots, or rocks, it was tricky handling. It was fun though, and not hard enough that a beginner couldn't do it Recommended Route: Down all the way...and fast!
