Summary:
All the cross country trails in the place are pretty bland and limited. The good riding is in the interior on top of the cliffs that you see while entering. The climb up is a tough one and may require some walking but once on top its a freeriders playground. Countless rock outcropings and boulders to play around on and all of good old Brookline Puddingstone. Theres more drops than you can imagine ranging anyware from 1ft to 20ft. Also a couple or real tecnical lines with exposure down some 30+ft cliffs.
Overall this place is nothing worth riding if you are a beginner or cross country rider, but for freeriders its great. Some bitchin technical terrian.

Recommended Route:
Park in the parking lot for the Chestnut Hill Mall next to Hammond pond. Enter on the fireroad and immediatly take a left up a steep and technical climb through a break in the cliffs. Once on top enjoy!

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Cabot Woods - small but fun for a quick work out

Its ok for a quick work out. Nice rocky hilly challenging parts in the inside. A short single track.. which is ok. Overall its fine for a quick workout if you dont want to travel too far.

Recommended Route:
Park on the BloomingDales parking lot, next to the forest.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
