A great aerobic workout with a lot of short, steep, hills. Trail has some nice technical singletrack sections but they don't last for a long time. I live within a 10 minute ride so I love the convenience. Also, there's a lot of poison ivy so be careful if you're sensitive.

Summary:
When I used to live in Watertown, I would ride these trails 3-4 times a week. While it is not a trail that I would recommend going out of your way to try out, it is a great after work workout for those in riding distance. Very few technical sections and only one decent hill (can be climbed on several trails). Nevertheless, a good place to keep you sharp.

Summary:
Good trails, fast and short but good for a fast evening ride or a test ride. Crazy uphills, and great quick downhills. The other side over mill street (?), is fun, trails are begining to get overgrown, some maintenance needed.

Recommended Route:
Enter behind the Star Market by Waverly sqaure and the rip-off Wheelworks
