Blue Mash Trail

This trail is mostly grassy field for the the first half and moves onto singletrack packed dirt (look really hard for the opening onto the dirt, its hard to see cas its overgrown). It opens up onto grass again and takes you back to the parking lot.
Enter the landfill area road at the intersection of rt 108 and Fieldcrest (straight through Fieldcrest). Park immediatly on your left in the gravel parking lot. Trail begins near the entrance of the parking lot (look for a sign).
You're better off traveling a few more miles to get to Black Hills, Little Bennett, Schaeffer Farms or the Seneca Greenway.
Other recommended trails in the same area: Schaeffer Farms, Little Bennett, Seneca Greenway, Black Hills

Ridden Trail: Ridden Once

Summary: I just posted this trail and now I'll give a review about it - Don't come here, its really not worth it. I came in the early morning just to see what its like and its pretty much equestrian grass paths most of the way and it turns into single track. The singletrack path is really hard to find cas the entrance to it is overgrown. The singletrack portion of the trail isnt bad, its actually somewhat fun (when wet with dew). Roots are fun when ya slide on them. Parts of the trail are severly overgrown (my friend fell into a thickass dense patch of prickers which was the highlight of my trip). It looks like this place is poorly kept. Its also around an abandoned landfill so portions of the trail can stink like Sh*t. Its very clean but smelly on one portion. Overall, it sucks. Its for horses not bikes. I'll give it 2 fires becuase its a decent place to work your legs (Grass is tough to pedal through). I'll only go back to workout...
Recommended Route: Take fieldcrest straight to the landfill.
Other recommended trails in the same area: Schaffer Farms is good.
