Tight single track, sometimes very wet at lower elevations, abandoned truck in the middle of the park. Watch out for lots of horses on the weekends. Some trails are off-limits to bikes, but those are no fun to ride anyway. Good map at parking lot. I never seen anyone else here.
From Potomac Village at Falls Rd & River Rd, take River out west about 10 minutes drive until you see a gravel parking lot of the left. Trails start here. If you hit the end of River Rd, you went 2 miles too far.
Summary: These trails are totaly illegal. Ive hiked these trails b4 and some of them look fun but alas those big expensive poop makers are the only thing besides hikers alowed on the trail
Recommended Route: Dont its illegal
Other recommended trails in the same area: Patapsco
Gambrill
Fountain head
sheaffer farms
Wakefield
towpath

Summary: I'm not so sure about the legality of riding here. There's no signs at the parking lot, but some trails on the west side have a no bikes/no horses sign. But believe me, horses have f*cked this trail up good after all this rain. I only ride here on weekdays, so just in case it is illegal, no one will complain.
Recommended Route: Start on the east side of the gravel road, do those trails, come back up and then do the ones on the west side.
