Cross Country Rider Summary: The single track is will keep you working hard, uphill and downhill. A great workout packed into a small area. Once you know the area you can ride all the singletrack in a couple of hours or less. The ATV trails can connect you to Atherton, Crystal Lake in Gray or Falmouth, sometimes when you didn't really want to head there!
Recommended Route: Download the map at http://www.windhamweb.com/artman2/uploads/1/Lowell_Preserve.pdf but be advised it is doesn't show all trails, nor 100% accurate in designating ATV and singletrack trails. It all looks alike, so the best 1st time advice is to loop the ATV trails to get the overall layout then explore the singletrack inbetween.
