Going up,you might find yourself hiking a bit. Coming down, you might find yourself bleeding a bit. Nirvana that you must earn. Continue on to Black and Caribou Mountains and risk falling in love. A happy marriage of pleasure and pain.

Summary:
Nothing I have ever seen in person or in print measures up to the Donnell Pond unit. HARD work with HUGE rewards.

Recommended Route:
Above for long ride, or off dirt road to schoodic beach from 183 for quicker options to Black, Caribou, Catherine.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
ATV and foot trails weave through surrounding area.Very much worth exploring.
