Trail Directions
When travelling south out of Fryeburg on 302, stop at the pull-over spot a 1/4 mile after the four corners in East Fryeburg. Take your bike to the road across the street (just north a bit) and take that fire lane about a mile in. you'll be looking for ITS 89 trail signs. ITS 89 is a major snowmobile route. You'll fork off right into the woods. There a few turns but it should be fairly well marked. The trail will take through lots of double track, some fire lane, various different types of tree stands, and more importantly along Kezar Pond, a hidden gem. Plenty of branches that shoot off this trail that deserve some exploring. When you reach the power lines in Sweden, it depends on the season and recent level of parcipitation. It can get mushy and marshy and sometimes not worth it. The good news is you can bypass the yucky stuff if you need too and link on to Knights Hill Road on your right. Eventually, at some point you'll hit Knights Hill Road. Take a left on the road and follow it to Lovell. In Lovell you can stop and hit a shop for snacks. If not, take rte. 5 south. After crossing a bridge, take a left down that fire lane. It will take you to Hemlock Bridge, an old covered wooden bridge. Continue on the road until you reach 302. Turn left down the hill to your car.

Summary:
Well, I got to review my own trail. For its intended purpose (an escape from the crowded trails of N.Conway and a sight/nature ride that isn't very rigorous), it does the job.
