Varied. Ranges from power lines, to rooty single track, rocky downhills, steep and narrow climbs, lots of bridges
Dozens of trailheads, easiest one to find is off of highland avenue through the backside of Hinckley Park. Just park in the Hinckley lot and follow the trail through to the backside of the park, all the way to the road, take a right here - the trailhead here is down the road about 50 feet or so on the left. Once your on the trail just follow the greenbelt "G" signs. A map that covers a bit of the trails' land can be found at http://www.capelandtrust.org/celtmap.html
Summary: Great trails aggressive xc, rooty, rocky singletrack.
Recommended Route: Go through Hinkley Park until you hit the road. Ride to the right until you see Pilgrim Road on the left. Go all the way down Pilgrim until you reach the cul-de-sac. On the left side of the cul-de-sac there is a small trail entrance across an orange stream. Go in here and explore. I go to the right every time the trail splits. The ride usually ends up being close to 6-7 miles for me.

Summary: This is a great set of trails that I try to get out on at least once a week. There is a nice variety from short steep powerline climbs to twisty root filled slow singletrack. You can get a ride of 15 miles or more by linking the different trails together.
Recommended Route: The best thing is to get hooked up with a local rider or group as there are lots of twists and intersections and many a rider gets lost. Not that it is wilderness, if you have time you can spend hours exploring the links.

Summary: This system of trails has a little of everything. There are some stretches were ever few feet there's a log down, others, your shifting down for mud. Several good but easy bridges, and some great switchbacks. There's a great loop after you cross Fickett, called hillbilly hill. Ford the stream after you leave the feild of power lines, then up on the bald rock top, take a right. This loop was made by a local club, a lot of fun, I commend them on it. You dump back out on a main trail, staying left, you get back, a right takes you deeper. The trails are not easy to figure out. Often I find a biker lost, so explore with care!
