Approx 1.6 mile loop with many small trail off the Black trail. Lots of roots,rocks,stream or two(depends where you go) Some fun steep, short climbs, There is one trail that will take you all the way into Kennebunk. Its fun to do a few laps around the loop, there is some good single track to ride.
Summary: Clifford Park is a unique experience each time you go there. Many different trails to explore, many strange drunk people lurking the woods and many steep technichal climbs and descents. As previously mentioned, bring spare tubes, the broken glass is out of control. Bring bug spray too, the mosquitos are terrible. Look around a bit, stray off the main path, you will find lots of cool stuff like old bridges and ladders, teeters and skinnies and a whole bunch of freeride gaps and drops...although I wouldn't trust them too much...the woods kinda old. Its too bad that most of the man made stuff has been torn down and that broken glass is absolutely everywhere.
Recommended Route: Beginners should stick to the main loop, which is in itself fairly technichal.
More advanced or adventerous riders should just go explore. As mentioned before, the place is small, don't worry about getting lost. You are surrounded by neighborhoods.

Summary: It appears that many are gazing upon this frreriding gem only with XC glasses. Acre for acre this little park has one of the best variety of, and potential for, stunts, drops, balacing (but no skinnies yet) along the lower coast in that area! The granite ledging and errratics, as well as downed logs are a stunt/trials dream! There's gobs of different and technical drops, ledges and launches that you can link circuits all day long w/o getting bored. True it is short for a XC-only trip, but bring your beefier iron and play around in this huck-fest of a plot. Your skills will blossom!
Recommended Route: Any/everywhere.

Summary: The loop cut for the race by the guys at Cape Able are without a doubt fun. Some sections are pretty technical and not advised for beginners unless you like walking with your bike. This place has all levels of riding though and can be hours of fun. It's not very big so don't worry about getting lost.
Recommended Route: Try the race loop. Look for the orange markers.

Summary: This place has changed for the better this last year due in part to the guys at Cape Able( thanks, i was getting bored out there). There are some great new trails that were cut for the race they held in late June. Look for some new technical sections and a great loop with some good flow.
Recommended Route: Try the race loop if you can figure it out. Follw the orange markers.

Summary: The new race course is over 3 miles long and has some expert sections only a trials rider could love. :-) Wicked good stuff and if you know a local you can get 15+ miles in. Look out for broken glass where kids have camped in some areas.
Forget the first post. It's less than useless.
Recommended Route: Without a guide park in the dirt lot off Rt. 9 in Biddeford where the tennis courts are. Go out and explore. You can't get lost.
