, from FALMOUTH Summary: Outta most of the trails in the greater portland area this one is probably one of the best to work out on, or just enjoy some sweet fast laps. Its one of maines faster trails and defaintly makes for some sweet muddy times, as well as good oportunity to ride some berms and jump some stuff. The trail is especially good for people who want to work on their climbing abilty (especially loose stuff)and those who want to work on descending at relitivly high speeds (and navigating through rocky shit, or as cool people do, jump over it) Recommended Route: any route is good, as long as you start at the gravel pit and work away from it. Although the beginning of the trail may seem slow it defaintly picks up in later sections, with fast smooth decents and water to skim. Other recommended trails in the same area: just shit on the side of the road, and some nifty road biking
