, from baton rouge Summary: WATCH OUT FOR FLYING DISCS !!! not much of a trail but more of a casual ride but great for exercise because of the steep climbs also: chekout the patched of woods within the park, they have some short hidden trails made by the hikers its never crowded, also watchout for the occasional blanket lovers and folks smoking in the bushes !! Recommended Route: follow the arrows of the disc golf course

, from BR Summary: Not really a mtb trail. It's fun for around here cuz the hills are the biggest in town. I didn't think the jump was all that. This would be cool for training cuz of climbing & lack of body pounding roots. Recommended Route: Highland Road from LSU.....pass Seigan, turn left at ballpark, right at stopsign, parking on right. On trail follow arrows or really just bomb the hills.....no trail needed. Other recommended trails in the same area: Hooper / Comite Hills

, from baton rouge Summary: its a cross country running trail that follows and back tracks on the perimeter of the park and around the disk golf course. there is one fun jump, several fun hills and a few corners to stuff. great straight aways, and its usually dusty. Recommended Route: follow the arrows on the ground-clockwise
