Weekend Warrior Summary: The trail actually starts north of Cave Run. If you think you got the stuff of a mountain biker then go to the Northern Terminus and ride south to Cave Run. Tough is the word. Bring lots of tire repair stuff and wear long pants and shirts. Not for the weak biker.

Weekend Warrior Summary: Sheltowee/Morehead State Univ/Rodurn trail is a great trail. I have not road it sence 1999 when I was a student at Morehead. I really miss it, long logging road up-hills in spots, very scenic ridge line trails, and a couple of big down-hills. Road this trail for 4 years and never saw it all, some 20 miles with trails everywhere. I don't know the conditions today, but it was sort of a local trail back in the day. Recommended Route: Rodburn to Eagle lake (MSU)

, from country of Kentucky Summary: I cleared the downhill to the old wagon road from intersection of blue Eagle trail last week, someone cleared most of the trail from the end of the logging road by the powerline; Today I moved hundreds of pounds of downed branches and treetops from the divide hill direction back towards wilson avenue/old wagon road a couple of guy could lift whats left out of the way except for two trees that need sawed and alot of small twigs/derailer magnets, I rode most of the trail from the gravel road intersection uphill from the animal clinic off 32 west, cleared several of the better downhills if you go from south to north youll probably have a better ride when you get to the wilson avenue/old wagon road to cranston at the first puddle past the power line you can go back to 32 via a logging road that comes out on frailey drive,by turning left down past the puddle and not going over the knob to the old wagon road/head of wilson avenue, that road is pretty much closed except for the section that is Sheltowee so dont plan on dumping down to wilson ave if tired because of downed trees. stay on the trail and take eagle trail(blue paint) to Nunn hall or the Eagle lake and town Recommended Route: some sections have been cleared, some are unridable: from 799 go till f.s. road is gated, for an easy ride out and back and/or access to the ridge without riding uphill a +/-mile, ride to either Eagle lake connector trail but many side trails have ice damaged tree branchs over them most are movable or can be ridden around... Other recommended trails in the same area: some logging roads have been cleared out triangle hill but all the old 4whlr trails are probablly impassable, as "nature"/ice damage has reclaimed the woods in most of Rowan Co. to northern Morgan Co., in a band all across Kentucky since feb. some has been cleared, most is movable by one or two guys...
