Ridden Trail: Ridden Once

Reviewed by: Warren Light
, from Clarksville, Tn Summary: I rode this trail 4/30/00. I recommend NOT RIDING this trail due to the location. The ride is 1.34 miles long, including all spurs. The trail head starts in someones front yard and winds it's way through a couple of yet to be sold housing lots, and emerges onto property belonging to the Country Club. I spoke with the owner of the house at the trail head and he told me that he had just learned yesterday that the trail had been posted on the Internet, he wasn't happy. Continued use of this trail will result in more bad publicity for all of us. The trail does have some great technical sections, 1 picket ramp over a fallen tree and a couple of bomber creek crossings. Recommended Route: None

Ridden Trail: Once a week

Reviewed by: David Timmons
, from Murray, Ky Summary: It starts out with several tight curves and a few switchbacks. The north side of the trail follows along side Oaks golf course. The backside goes beside Haynes Creek, and crosses it at one point with a steep drop into it, and back up. It ends with a fast straightaway with a log jump at the end. There are other trails within the main loop and on the backside of it. Recommended Route: Follow the main loop first, and then go off on the other parts. Other recommended trails in the same area: Canal loop - Grand Rivers
