Cross Country Rider Summary: THIS ISNT A BIKE TRAIL!!!! I'm here to tell you that this trail isnt even a trial to ride on. When my buddy and I took off we were thinking that it was eleven miles of trail to ride. OH HOW WRONG WAS I!!!! We got finished with the ride and I swear I walked my bike more than I rode. If you are an equestrian, then this is the trail for you. If you are a mountain biker, then my advice is to ride the Macedonia loops back up the road. The first part of the trail is unridable due to horses and their screwing up the trail. I have nothing against horses. But I'm kinda tired of them blaming us for messing up the trails with bikes, when they do more damage with their horse shoes. The last half of the trail id fire road and we had nothing but problems with it. SO dont waste your time here. Make the stop at Macedonia Loops, or go to LBL and ride the canal loop. Recommended Route: DON'T WASTE THE EFFORT HERE!!!!! Other recommended trails in the same area: Macedonia Loops, Canal Loops at LBL, Rotory Park in Clarksville.

Cross Country Rider Summary: Well, knowing that I ride on a difficult trail in Clarksville TN, I'm here to tell you that this trail isnt even a trial to ride on. , from Hopkinsville, Ky USA Summary: This was once a great trail but thanks to riders on horseback, the trail is now un-rideable in spots. People that ride horses need to understand that when a trail is wet, they need to keep their fat assed horses off the trail! Other than that, this was a great trail to ride with lots of climbs that really will get your heart racing. I think that it is a shame that the people that put in all the hard work and effort to make these trails have to have their efforts diminished by a bunch of disrespectful people. Hopefully, their will be a work day so that all the cyclist from the Christian County area can have the opportunity to help restore this trail back to its original state. Recommended Route: Start at firetower to have it easy for the first mile. Other recommended trails in the same area: canal loop, macedonia loops

, from Paducah, KY Summary: Rode with two of trail's three main caretakers/builders and found this trail to be great. Little of everything as Rick describes above. Several creek crossings and some mud so don't go after recent rains. A little rocky, but nothing like Shawnee. Good views along rocky bluffs. Suitable for all but newbies, should be good climber. Kenny Capps deserves special thanks for building most of this trail and working with forest personel. Try it, you will like it! Recommended Route: As above, or if a small group park at firetower and start trail with long descent. Other recommended trails in the same area: North/South in LBL (give the Canal Loop a break!)

, from Bowling Green KY Summary: Excellent trail with some great climbs that really get you heart rate going. Some fast downhills. All in all a fun trail with lots of variety from one section to the next. Not for the faint of heart because of the climbing. Recommended Route: Same as above Other recommended trails in the same area: LBL, Mammoth Cave
