Nice Loop. Can be roughly 25 miles if you ride all the trails. Lots of rolling hills, and some great short, but technical spots. a couple of tough climbs. overall, not too hard of a trail, but really fun, even if you are out of shape.

Trail Directions
From I-75 in Kentucky take exit 38 going west on KY 192. From that point, you will make a few turns, but more importantly, follow signs to the dam. There is a parking lot right before you cross the dam on the right side of the road. Park there and cross the road to begin the trail.

This is a great trail, fun and fast. Part of it goes thru Holly Bay campground and provides for some fast rolling just watch out for campers. The rest of the trail is a bit technical but nothing difficult. lots of small climbs and switchbacks. Great views of the lake. I like to start from the trailhead with the Sheltowee Trace sign at the fork on 192 and end up at the Dam taking the road a short distance to get back to the car. Around 13 miles total that way.

Recommended Route:
Start where 192 forks to the right at the Trailhead with the Sheltowee Trace sign.
