Cumberland Shadow Trail

Average Rating:    (0 of 5)

Cumberland Shadow Trail is a very strenuous 5 mile trail around the west side of Martins Fork Lake. The southernmost 4 miles would be a good test for extreme mountain bikers. The remaining 1 mile is best left to foot traffic. The trail was built by the Harlan County Conservation District and the Cumberland Valley RC&D Council. However, the trail is owned and maintained by the US Corps of Engineers.
