Racer Summary: Fast and fun describes youngers the best. The switchback attack at the beginning really gets the legs and heart pumping but once you get to the top be ready to hammer down for a few miles. The trails are marked well and not to difficult. 2 big climbs total for all 12 miles of trail, besides that it's a must ride trail.

Cross Country Rider Summary: Awesome trails. Ride here usually 0nce a week.
While getting to the top can be a pain in the azz is pretty sweet once you get there.Tight and in some spots I do mean TIGHT fast singletrack. Drop is pretty fun. Lots of steep switchbacks to climb. Also I think there are fixing to be new trails added to the exhisting ones.Lots of logs and bridges to challenge.Very well taken care of. I know most of the guys who done the work on these trails and let me say thanks for such a sweet place to ride. I do have a hard time getting to the top but if not challenging then I dont think it would be as much fun. Recommended Route: Up behind guard rail then just follow the trails any way you like. Right now tails are pretty clean so just ride. Other recommended trails in the same area: Otter Creek.

, from Radcliff Summary: I helped make the trails. We originally made to many steep climbs on the beginning, so recently we went back in and made an easier beginning section. We have made some awesome switch backs and are currently trying to improve them. The trail is 1 mile to get to the top. Once on the top, the trail winds around the top of this huge mountain. We have a 25 ft drop that is easy to ride down, but most of the trail can be ridden by any level of rider once you get on top. When the parking lot is on the bottom and you have a 500 ft elevation change, you have to climb up. We constantly try to make new trails or repair the existing trails. Alot of people has put alot of hard work into these trails. If a tree falls across the trail we try to leave it, then go over it or around it. I dont like packing a chain saw for over 1 mile and up a huge hill just to remove a tree, just so someone doesn't have to dismount there bike to get over it. I hope you will give this trail a try. Good biking. Recommended Route: From elizabethtown go toward Bardstown on US 62. After you go down a long steep hill, take a road to the right, A sign will say Youngers Creek Baptist Church. Go 3-5 miles when the guard rail starts turn right on miller lane, another 3-5 miles you travel thru a one lane tunnel, go over alittle bridge, park in the field on the right. Get on your bike and go back over the bridge and jump on the trail behind the gaurd rail and have fun.
