Indian Creek

Paved urban trail. Lots of steep climbs to cross streets. Lots of wooden bridges that cross the creek. The trail goes from near 99th and Holmes on the Missouri side all the way to Southdown park in Olathe Kansas. Its an out and back trail. The Overland Park City website says the trail is 15 miles. Thats the part thats in that city. It connects to a trail maintained by Olathe on the south and by the City of Leawood on the north.

It's not a bad trail at all. If you stay close to Olathe area the trail are well maintained and are used by lots of people too. Not too many hills and it's great to take the kids. Has a few tunnels that go under roads and train track my daughter loves to ride under. It's also very scenic with lots of wood bridges, trees, lakes, rivers, creeks, and several parks to stop at for the kids.
