Summary:
I am new to the sport, but for this area it is a great little ride. I can ride this track couple times and I am tired. There are a couple great views and the trails are VERY WELL MAINTAINED.

Recommended Route:
Start at the top of the hill at the flagpost. Work your way around the lip of the hill in a clockwise motion. After you start working downhill you have a couple options. Pick a path & go.

Summary:
the guys taking care of the trail are doing a xlent job. I like the way the trail works all of the hill- you are going up or down all the time- the climbs are well set up. I wil ride this one again and bring a couple of cold ones and get a fire going around the castle picnic areas.

Recommended Route:
east of town to burma road and out to the smoky hill cementary.

Race the cruise the blues in august out at Doug's place near Tipton KS.

Summary:
One of the best trails in Kansas. Lots of climbing and technical sections, a real good workout can be had here. It is really a fun trail that is not known to many. Only downfall is it's a little short on mileage.

Recommended Route:
All the trails are fun but the north side of the hill is the most technical.
