, from Los Alamos, NM Summary: This trail is about 3.5 miles and not very well marked. We rode for about 3 hours trying to figure it out, but once you get it down it takes about 35 minutes to ride. Recommended Route: Look for the blue markings and follow.

Ridden Trail: Once a month

Reviewed by: cort
, from belle plaine Summary: This is a good trail for beginners and intermediate level riders. It is a mixture of singletrack through the woods along the lake and a creek and trails across some open prairie. There is a little bit of everything on this trail, tight twisty, tree to cross, rocks and open easy areas with some small hills. There is also several miles of doubletrack around the lake that is as fun to ride as the singletrack. There is no water or facilities at the trail head, they are available near the park entrance. The last 3 miles of road to the trail head are rough so be prepared. Recommended Route: There are several short trails here that interconnect, it is fun to ride them in different order and directions.
