Heritage Trail
1 reviews
 4 of 5

Heritage Trail is 26 miles long and connects Dubuque to Dyersville, passing through or near Durango, Graf, Farley, and Epworth. The trail was converted from an old railroad line and old concrete mile markers can be seen periodically. The trail is flat and graded with crushed limestone. Beautiful views abound. Ideal for casual riders and families.

Summary:
The Heritage Trail is an easy, 26 mile route from Dubuque to Dyersville. While not technically challenging, it is quite beautiful. It rolls through woods, fields and farmlands, and much of the trail follows a creek. There are multiple trailheads and ample parking. The trail is also used by walkers and hikers, so practice good etiquette and let people know as you're approaching them.
