Summary:
This trail system is awesome for Iowa. It has everything from very technical uphills to steep, adrenaline rushing downhills. There's trails for everyone out there. Green = easy/flatter sections/non-technical Blue = not as flat/a little more technical/clean cut Black = steep inclines/technical/uncut/rocky You can make a day out of riding these trails. If you're in the area, check them out. You won't regret it!

Recommended Route:
Follow all the blue/black trails. Not all crossings will have the option of black, but choose blue over green, and black over blue.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Geode State Park near Burlington, IA. Also, Dehn's behind the YMCA in Burlington. Stop in at the bike shop in West Burlington to find out mroe about the trails.

Summary:
This was my very first ever trail. It was a lot of fun and a big challange for me. I was there with 2 experinced riders and could not keep up with them but enjoyed the trails a lot. From what I heard this trail is one of the best trails in USA.

Summary:
Wow. The best trail system in Iowa, Hands down. Nothing I've ridden here comes closer to being like what I learned to ride on in Oregon. Technical, technical, technical. Sweet steep spots with drops and roots. I loved it! If you don't feel confident on your bike stay off the black trails, or pay in blood. I bit it enough times, and I would call myself "intermediate-advanced". It was awesome though!

Recommended Route:
Ride the entire trail system as a loop, it's fun and will kill the whole afternoon for you.

Summary:
These trails are very, very challenging. Well, some are. There are many trails that are marked off like ski slopes. Some are easy, intermediate, and hard. The hard ones will really push you to your limit and you'll find out how much of a challenge you can take. There are many up hills, down hills, bumps and jumps everywhere, and you go through every terrain imaginable. NOTE: Front suspension (if not full suspension) is EXTREMELY recommended!!

Recommended Route:
Take I-80 out towards Iowa City, but turn off on the right before Coralville and head towards Solon. Turn off on F28 and follow Sugar Bottom Road till you get there.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Scott County Park (Park View)
