Ogala

 2.5 of 5

Ogala is disjointed, poorly marked, and therefore tough to follow. Too bad, it's a beautiful area with lots of potential. The Forest Service is aware of the situation and is working on a solution.

Ridden Trail:
Once a month

Reviewed by: JimBO , from Indy

Summary:
The trail starts with a mostly level ride along a creek bed, then climbs up a small ridge crosses a road and then you get lost, recommend getting MT Biking Indiana book, and takin with you! Good single track and stream crossings. Trail system needs to be marked a lot better. Last part of recommended ride in the book is on the road-look out for the pack of dogs at the bottom of the hill on the road! Three wheels because of the poor marking

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Knobstone, Gnaw bone camp
