Ridden Trail: Every few months

Cross Country Rider Summary: i have to say, I don't understand what everyone loves about these trails. I am in the area quite a bit, so I ride there often. Every time though, trails are blocked, weeds so bad you have to walk sections, and if it has rained the past week, forget it. I hope someday bikers might start caring for this place and it could be a whole lot more fun

, from Brazil, IN Summary: A great trail for this area. I have ridden alot out west. I must say I have more fun on the "Mother" than on just about any other trail I haver ever ridden. Avoid this place if it is wet. I do not mind mud and such, but man it can get VERY slippery if it is raining! :) Recommended Route: The Mother

, from bloomfield Summary: This is a good trail if you are new and need some good downhill expierence. But make sure you take someone with you. It is also near the hospital so if you get crazy and hurt yourself you dont have to go far. Recommended Route: turn at the park in linton and go about a mile. Other recommended trails in the same area: whapehani, bloomington

, from Huntington Summary: I have raced this course in the D.IN.O series. This is not a good ride when it's wet. This course has lots of High-G's, like a roller-coaster. The faster you go the more fun it is!!! No long hills, just a lot of short steep ones that you can get a run at. Two Rules: "Faster is Better and Momentum is Your Friend"
