Ridden Trail: Every few months

, from Brooklyn, Indiana, USA Summary: Brooklyn is a great place to visit, I do not recommend living here though. It's very slow but not laied back. If you do visit, I warn you, watch out for the crazy police, they are nuts. They will pull over any thing that moves, do not go even one mile over the speed limit or they will ticket you! I believe riding is suitable for any one of age (18 or older), just because if not, the cops will hassel you. Recommended Route: Lots of paths, no way to get lost, very wooded, but always less than 1/2 mile from the road. Other recommended trails in the same area: Just ride around the town, and stray off on to some of the roads, their are very senic areas and some abandoned, mysterious buildings, it's a lot of fun to explore

, from Brownsburg, IN Summary: These trails have been here probably since Brooklyn was founded in the 1830s. They started as fisherman trails through the woods to the creek. Local kids have built a lot of BMX features into the trail system. Mostly flat, but with a lot of man-made whoops and berms. It would be a great place to hold an outdoor BMX race. Single and double track. A little rutted in some turns, but not very deep. This is a cool place to go out and ride circuits with the BMX kids on the weekends or in the summer. Very twisty trails (and some sand) so it's a challenge to ride fast, but is not that technical if you ride at a slower rate. Recommended Route: Go north along the creek and check out the numerous branch trails going off to the west.
