There is a variety of things. There is a rocky section, some hills, single track with tree crossings, water crossings, stairs, and some smooth mown grass sections of trail. You can pick and choose what you wish to ride. It's not marked real well, but that's part of the adventure. Some of the trails loop around to each other. There is no real direct route. Horses also share this trail.

Trail Directions	Go North out of Lena On North Lake Road, or it may be called North Freedom Street. The street splits a gas station and a drive-in. Lake Le-Aqua-Na is about 2-3 miles out of town. When entering the park we usually go counter clockwise around the loop that circles the Lake. Where we generally start form is a parking lot. The first parking lot on the left past the concession stand. The parking lot is on top of a ridge and has a restroom there as well. The trail starts right across the road from the parking lot.

Summary:
i wouldnt recommend this trail specifically for biking unless its the only thing in your area. but its a nice place. a good place to take the family camping and bring your bike along. the trails are pleasant but tame. its certainly not technical or extreme but its a nice enough place to ride.

Recommended Route:
just outside lena, about 20 minutes west of freeport
