Weekend Warrior Summary: These trails have evolved into a network of awsome riding! Chalk up a new secret addition to the fun... a fast downhill with a climb that will burn up the best of the best climbers. If you are anywhere in the area you must try these trails! Thanks to the members of the club that works hard to maintain. Recommended Route: Start at the trail head and follow the signs. The new trail is still
unmarked but keep your eyes open you can't miss the signs of new construction. Other recommended trails in the same area: You can venture over to East Peoria to a trail called Farmdale. But don't expect the quality of Kickapoo, the trails are nice but the design doesn't flow. Take a compass and your boots your gona find horse poop...

Weekend Warrior Summary: Wow...I'm really surprised this trail hasn't been rated, its nice to be the first. This network of trails was a pleasant surprise to find in central Illinois, thanks primarily to the Kickapoo Mountain Bike Club's design and maintenance. While you're not going to find any lung burning climbs, there are a few ups and downs that make for a fun ride. The well built log piles and jump section are a nice addition to keep things from getting monotonous. I wouln't call anything in the park more than intermediately technical, a first timer woudn't have too much trouble here. Despite this, its still a fun break from the flat corfields of the area!
Recommended Route: Start in the marked parking lot and follow the signs. Even better, check out the Kickapoo Mountain Bike Club's website for a great map.
