This trail is located in Kelley Canyon and encorporated the very edge of chair lift #1 on the ski hill. The name may be controversial, or new. But I figure, since mechanics from Bills ride it more than anyone, who cares.
This trail includes a nasty climb up the side of Kellys(part of the nobby race course) all the way past a radio tower on the ridge and then the only true down hill/nasty/sick/ run at Kellys. Not for the tame, or the HUFFY! The run quickly turns into a sweetly packed twisty turny ATV trail that drops you out a mile past Table Rock Campground.
Drive past Kelly Canyon Ski Resort(off Highway 26) about a mile and then turn right at 'Y'. Follow road up a quarter mile, turn right at cattel guard and follow switchbacks up to tower. Past tower heading East, and then follow trail to overlook of snake river valley "AWESOME". Step off the cattel guard and into oblivian as you seat post drops 2 inches and so does your butt for the next 20 minutes to the bottom. CAUTION, from the overlook, you will drop into football size loose shale. Have fun on the packed dirt and jumps and then climb back out 3 miles. SWEET IT IS!
Summary: Scariest trail, I have ever ridden. Now I have to do it at least a few times a year. If you are up for something different at Kelly's and you are with a group that can haul your body out if you wreck, this is for you! Nasty climb, Sick Downhill, Killer jumps, good climb on the way out. Definately COOL!
Recommended Route: Leave with lots of Light left. NO Huffys or stupid riders.
