Ridges to Rivers
1 reviews
 5 of 5

Ridges To Rivers is the extensive network of MTB trails in the Boise Foothills and an excellent paved bikepath that the runs 15 mi. along the Boise River.

The MTB trails are extensive, perhaps 5000 acres and over 20 different trails at 100+ miles. there is signange at TH and maps available from bike shops.

opportunities abound for great elevation gains,6+ on aerobic scale. 4000' if you want it. most trails are at best 4 on technical scale, usually 3. mostly packed silica sand trails makes for smooth ride.

several different TH but most folks ride from 8th st. /Hulls Gulch. at Hyde Park and historic North End neighborhood.

it would take you a month to ride all the trails in and around Boise.

Recommended Route:
8th street TH near Hyde Park (take 8th st from downtown) or TH at military reserve. check map. both systems offer the same quality of rides, from beginner to intermediate to advanced. see website: http://www.ridgetorivers.org/
