Weekend Warrior Summary: This is a great ride. Its a pretty long, sustained climb up the logging road. However, you are rewarded with a beautiful twisting singletrack all the way down to the weigh station. Recommended Route: We rode option #1 due to time constraints. Allow at least 2hrs for #1.

Cross Country Rider Summary: Awesome singletrail!I tried to do the top section of the trail (up to eagle nest) but there is still too much snow (first week of june). In my opinion it is the best trail in the cascade area! Great views and beautiful scenery! Recommended Route: as above Other recommended trails in the same area: around Warm Lake

Cross Country Rider Summary: I rode this trail in August. There are some nice views from the logging road after you intersect the single track. The single track is wonderful as it drops down thru different forests. Ride starts at 5350' at road 400 and tops out just under 7100'. My ride time was 2 hours 49 minutes with 3310' elevation gain. The S/T tread is mostly decomposed rock with woods dirt. Some steep sidehilling. No steep downhills. A wonderful ride. I give the ride a 4 rating for the 8.3 miles of single track. Recommended Route: I rode choice #3 and picked huckleberries when I hiked my bike.
