a couple of trails that seem to be dispersed throughout the park. Not real physically challenging, but lots of fun and some really creative trail design built into a really neat park.

Summary:
Great set of trails! I am an intermediate biker and really enjoyed these trails. Most were smooth, fast and flowing, however there were other trails that had plenty of roots and rocks. I would definitely recommend these trails.

Recommended Route:
These trails consist of several loops. We did about 3/4 of the trails and honestly, it really doesn't matter which way you go.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Lakeside Trails (West Point, GA)
Stinky Trails (Peachtree City, GA)

Summary:
Lots of fun and great scenery around the lake. Varying degrees of difficulty based on section allowed to start off easy and finish strong on the red. 1-2 short climbs, but overall, rolling hills with open field connectors. Would recommend. Can't wait to do this one in the fall.

Recommended Route:
All of them. By difficulty, there's orange, blue, green and red.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Fort Benning, Chawacla, Cheaha State Park, Dothan Campus Trails, Eufaula Rails to Trails, Swayback Bridge and Oak Mountain.

Summary:
The total length of the trail is around 9.8 miles if you take the "red" arrows. The trail winds through the park so there is now way to get lost. I've ridden several trails in GA and Flat Rock is fast with a few climbs, but generally the faster you go, the harder it is. If ridden slowly, there are very few areas that anyone wont be able to ride. Once you figure out how to go one way on this trail, it is actually a little more challenging riding it backwards.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Trail of Tears- Phenix City Ala.
Ghost Town-Salem Ala.

Summary:
Cool trail system for a small park. I rode a rigid ss 29 DEAN and had a blast. Several trails not mark very well but it dose not matter. Your speed determine the intensity.

Recommended Route:
Just go flat out and make decisions on the fly. Not getting lost here.

Summary:
I really enjoy this trail has a little of everything. Wide open areas, very tight areas, tight technical, fast and flowy, its all hear wrapped into one trail. This is my favorite trail to ride it is not a long drive from my house,(Opelika) and is tons of fun and well maintained. There was two sections of the trail on the red loop that were not marked very well and I got a little turned around but I managed to find my way back. I would recommend this trail to anyone from expert to beginner. I can't wait to go back again!!!!

Recommended Route:
Red loop

Other recommended trails in the same area:
West point as long as it hasn't rained
