Weekend Warrior Summary: I rode the paved trail today. Good cardio, but no technical stuff, it is all paved. Reminds me of a small silver comet trail. Other recommended trails in the same area: Dauset trails is awesome.

, from Riverdale, GA Summary: I jogged on all three of the trails today. The longest trail is 1&1/4 miles long and the shortest trail is 3/4 miles long. This was a great escape for me. The trails are quiet and peaceful and will definitely give you a good work out. Recommended Route: Try all of the trails. Each one has it's own unique features and they are easy to follow.

, from Stockbridge, GA Summary: As far as I know, biking is prohibited on the trails in the park. I'd made one loop before saw one of the signs. It is quiet and a really nice park, though. Recommended Route: I reccomend no route :) Other recommended trails in the same area: 138 Trails (closed), 138 Trails Part II (closed), Olympic Volleyball Park Trails (gutted)

, from Hampton Georgia Summary: If you are like me and wish a quiet place to stroll through the woods with few ,if any, people to disturb you, then this is your place. It is virtually empty on the trails all year long. I take my family there all the time. There is a nature center and a play ground and pic nic areas. Also guided tours are available as well. There is a small stream on one of the trails and many resting locations alon the trails. Its only $2.00 for parking and Wed. is free. The exercise trail is 12 feet wide and easy to jog on. You could not ask for a cleaner and better maintained park. Recommended Route: From the south side, take hwy 20 east to hwy 155 north, go about 10 miles and panola state park is on the right.
