Downhiller Summary: Completely paved circuit of 1.5 miles, this trail is great for kids. However, watch out for walkers because the path width is only about 4-5 feet. Has two excellent downhill passes and one extremely painful uphill climb (we call it Mt Pain). We've never seen any other cyclists (probably because it's soooo darn short!)

Weekend Warrior Summary: The paved walking path is not a place to ride a bike, unless you are 4 years old and still need training wheels. I used to run in this park, and it is annoying enough to get around packs of walkers going 4 abreast. The loop is about 1 1/2 miles, ok for a run but no good to bike. Recommended Route: None, not the place for bikes.
