, from Louisville, KY Summary: Great trail except for the no trespassing sign. Next time I'm going to make the right at the power lines go to the road, and hit the pihoni trail. Recommended Route: The gate has a no trespassing sign on it. Past that gate is a 10-15 minute climb to the electrical wires. The trail forks a few minutes after you cross the powerline field. If you want a tough climb, go right. If you want some technical downhill go left. Other recommended trails in the same area: For a long run that is fast try the 1996 Olympic trail in Conyers.

, from Calhoun,Ga Summary: Great work out the entire run sould take about 45min to 1hr according to skill level. Extreme technical down hil runs are as much a wark out as the climbs(just different parts) super ride. Its as tight and technical as any ive ridden maybe more so. Recommended Route: From trailhead go to first trail to right turn left onto the road,go @ 1/2 mile to trail at top of the hill to the left follow back to the main road go right. To the top power line on up to the fs Road to the very top down the Pinhoti usually to the first big poison ivy patch .Then turn back the technical drop off the right after the big curve leads back down to a multitude of opptions I say go right down double trouble . Other recommended trails in the same area: Carters(Ridgeway),Bear Creek, Redwines Cove, Red Clay Park

Go right on the logging road when you get to the top power line go to the road then left to fs road to the top of he Mtn..A great wok out to the top.The pinhoti goes off to the left (which I ocationally go on out it also)Usuallly I return about 1/4 the way back down the hill to a nice technical drop off to the rest of the Dug Gap trails .There are to many to discribe them all but my favorite is to the left at the third split very technical nice workout for the bicepts. After third creek crossing a trail drops off to the right a great fast run to the finish. this route usually takes 45 min.+/- There are many more trails to explore if you have the time.Enjoy Recommended Route: From trail head go to first trail to the right fast down hill run to the road turn left onto road go to the top of the hill trail goes off to the left .Lung busting slightly technical climbs and ridge side rides after crossing the power line the second time the trail leads right back to the original trail.
